INTRODUCTION
A computer Science Technophile uses his skills in disintegrating a peculiar task so as to satisfy his organization and his client. His Imagination exceeds a man machine and makes it understand what he speak (N.L.P). His mind compiles and outputs a Language, which a Human creation genius understands (They call computers). They interpret user minds and make it sure that what they got is what they need. They make system listen their commands by making it friendly (Operating systems). The present world syntaxes are changed by comp.scier.engineers, these people stepped into almost every industry and created job opportunities for themselves worldwide. Today there is no field where it can be said that computer is of no use.

A computer technophile AIMS:

• To support the development of theoretical computer science as a fundamental science that has similar scientific goals in understanding the information processing world as physics has in understanding the energy processing world and similar goals in developing methodology for science and technology as mathematics does;
• To support the development and exploration of fundamental concepts, models, theories, systems, and other basic tools and the understanding of laws, limits, and possibilities of information processing as well as to de-velop bridges with other sciences and their applications.

A computer Technophile Scope:
To encourage, organize, support, and unify the development of the following areas:

Frontiers, laws, and limits of information processing;
Fundamental formal systems;
Efficiency and complexity of information processing;
Formal systems to specify, design, verify, analyses, and manipulate
Complex information processing systems;
Theoretical foundations of various other parts of computer science and its main application areas;
Scientific paradigms of informatics and their relations to other disciplines;
Information processing fundamental concepts, models and theories to support the development of other sciences. With the goal to develop foundations and to make use of them.

Inception of the department:

• At BVRIT the Department of CSE was started in the year 1997 with an initial intake of 40,The intake was increased from 40 to 60 in the year 1999 and to 90 in the year 2000.In the Year 2007 the intake is enhanced to 120


• The first batch students graduated in July2001


• The department offers M.Tech(CSE) PG course, started in 2008-09 with intake of 18

COLLABORATIONS:
The BVRIT-CSE & CSIT has collaborations with various Organizations such as Satyam Computer Services Limited, ELICO, SIERRA ATLANTA, CMC, Glob arena, Ensine, UTL Technologies etc.

Campus recruitment for various Multinational Companies like Microsoft, Satyam Computer Services , Infotech Enterprises etc.,
Many Prizes won by students at various National & International Level Symposia.
Inauguration of CSI Student Chapter by Eminent Prof. Shoukat Ali Mirza, Director, AMS.

TRAINING:
Short-term project and soft skill training is arranged to the students in order to give them an opportunity to get familiar with various technologies & Interview Techniques.
