On April 28, 2025, Prof. Kenneth B Kent from the University of New Brunswick (UNB), Canada, visited the B.V. Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT), Narsapur.
During his session, Prof. Ken Kent provided valuable insights into how the garbage collector (GC) in operating systems automatically manages memory allocation and deallocation. He elaborated on how programming languages like Java and C++ handle garbage collection for efficient memory management. Additionally, Prof. Kent shared information about the University of New Brunswick and the higher education opportunities available there, including an overview of the various courses offered.
