Dear students,

Good Morning and greetings from Principal desk.

 Trust and hope that you are doing fine and slowly coming out of this pandemic fever. You are fully aware that we have successfully conducted the examinations related to 2019-20 for all the students and results are in the process. The institute has taken every possible step for successful completion of these examinations and subsequent process. The institute wishes to have your continuous feedback for the improvement of teaching learning process. Every suggestion will be discussed in detail and appropriate decision will be taken respecting the UGC, government and university guidelines. My hearty congratulations to all the final year students for their incredible performance in achieving the placements and assure all that all efforts will be in place to place every student.

 I wish to inform you all that Dr E Laxmi Narasaiah Professor and Head of BSH is appointed as VICE PRINCIPAL. I request all the students to share your suggestions and grievances with Vice Principal also as Vice Principal will be focussing more on students’ affairs. However, I request all students to adopt a systematic process for any of their problems. The first point of contact always shall be the class teacher of your department, followed by the Head of the department. If your problems are not resolved at department level, then you are welcome to approach vice principal. Still unresolved, Principal office doors are always open for your grievances/ suggestions/ achievements/ support.

You are all aware that the first year students have joined the institution and their academic work is in full swing. The institute is eagerly waiting to invite physically the first year students to the campus and just waiting for the government and university guidelines in this regard. All the students of first year are once again assured that the institute will take every step for smooth learning process. On behalf of all the faculty members handling first year classes I reassure that the digital learning will be an enjoyable experience and a better learning means for all first year students. The institute has brought in R 20 regulations and revised curriculum for the first year students in tune with latest developments in the industry.

I whole heartedly appreciate all the senior students for their cooperation during this pandemic for their learning, online assessments, offline assessments, trainings, internships and placements. The Heads of the departments are taking every care to complete the syllabus systematically to the satisfaction of students. You are aware that laboratory classes are also being conducted through virtual labs wherever it is possible. The institute is working on schedules for conduct of laboratory classes also at your department shortly. Your incredible support and participation helped us to overcome all the challenges of online teaching during the initial phase. Hats off to the true spirit of BVRITian. Kudos!!

As we move on, we have to complete the syllabus before second week of January 2021. Then the second and final midterm examinations have to be conducted. As per the academic calendar, we have to conduct the semester end examinations during first week of February 2021. Hence, I wish to remind all the second, third and final year students of B. Tech to concentrate on your academics and be prepared for midterm examinations and semester end theory examinations as per the academic calendar. All the senior students are requested to interact with their course faculty and enrich themselves fully and clear all their doubts in the courses of this semester and keep themselves fit for taking the midterm and semester end examinations as per schedule.

The final midterm examinations of odd semester for II, III and IV year students will be conducted online and for those who have any problem in taking the examinations online, shall write the examinations physically in the campus. As far as semester end examinations are concerned, the pattern, time, location will be intimated to you much in advance. The department HODs will update you on this on a regular basis.

Finally, thorough preparation is the key for faring well in any examination. I want you to start preparing yourself, straight away, to do well in the exams. Stay connected with your faculty and clarify all your doubts. It is imperative on your part to study / prepare ahead of time, have enough sleep, eat healthy food during the exam time. Detailed schedule of examinations will be shared very soon.
