My area of research is Material Science, especially in the structural characterization of nanomaterials and semiconductor systems, with over a decade of experience in advanced electron microscopy and thin-film technologies. My research focuses on understanding structure–property relationships in nanoscale materials, particularly in III–V semiconductors, silicon-based systems, and plasmonic nanostructures.

I have extensive expertise in high-resolution techniques such as aberration-corrected TEM/STEM, FIB-SEM, and complementary methods including XRD, Raman spectroscopy, and Rutherford backscattering. My research work spans nanowire growth, heterostructures, defect analysis, and interface engineering, contributing to applications in photovoltaics, nanoelectronics, and sensing (including SERS-based platforms).
