Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test conducted by the Govt. of Telangana.
Fee Structure

Transport Fee
- From Gandimaisamma, Patancheru, Sangareddy, Toopran, Koudipally to BVRIT- 47,000/-
- From all other locations to BVRIT – 50,000/-
Hostel Fee
Boys Hostel
- Type-1: ₹1,20,000/- per Academic Year (only for 2025 Admitted Students).
- Type-2: ₹1,02,000/- per Academic Year.
- Type-3: ₹86,000/- per Academic Year.
- New “hostel-registrations” are open with an extra registration fee of ₹5,000/-
Girl Hostel
- Type-1: ₹1,05,000/- per Academic Year.
- Type-2: ₹89,000/- per Academic Year.

Fee Refund Policy
The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech courses:
- 70 % of the seats are allotted based on merit in the Engineering and Agriculture Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by Govt. of Telangana.
- 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management / NRI candidates.
- In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B.Tech to the extent of 10% of intake based on the merit in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET), under the lateral entry scheme conducted by Govt. of Telangana.
The eligibility criteria for admission to M.Tech courses:
B.E / B.Tech in the same specialization (or) equivalent with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the test (PGECET) conducted by JNTU.
- 70 % of the seats are allotted based on merit in the Integrated Common Entrance Test (PGECET).
- 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management candidates.
The eligibility criteria for admission to MBA course:
- The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the MBA is a pass in the undergraduate course (10 + 2 + 3).
- 70 % of the seats are allotted based on merit in the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) conducted by Govt. of Telangana.
- 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management candidates.
